Mbozi, Ileje and Isangati Consortium (MIICO) is a consortium of organizations working with smallholder farmers in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania. It is a registered NGO with registration No OONGO/0802 under the national NGO act 24 of 2002. The main objectives of MIICO is to facilitate the poor and marginalized farmers in Tanzania to spearhead their own social and economic development in order to improve their livelihoods.

MYDO is committed to change youths mind-set and perception on farming to make them understand that „agriculture is an enterprise like any other enterprises‟ in mbeya region and probably the better enterprises to invest to compared to the rest.
