The conference will provide an opportunity for discussions on the different methodologies on budget advocacy currently employed by groups in the region. The focus of the conference presentations will be on detailing the specific methodology that is used to monitor expenditures, and on discussing lessons learnt from the successes and challenges that each methodology imposes.
