SAM PRACTITIONERS’ CONFERENCE

PF sees exciting opportunities ahead to facilitate social accountability work of its members as a convener, including making national-local accountability linkages more explicit and strengthening PF member’s capacity. It is within the above thinking that PF, as a network, wishes to frame its future efforts on SAM in Tanzania. Based on the lessons learned throughout the years of implementation, its new strategic plan focuses more on monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) to capture the dynamics, causal mechanisms, reasons underlying and positive or negative changes, tacit knowledge and the contexts (or operating environment) in which SAM can be most impactful and to share these lessons with practitioners in the country and beyond.
